ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Only those candidates having the following list of documents from the last recognized school shall be given admission. List of documents: i) Original Leaving Certificate ii) Valid Aadhar Card iii) Birth Certificate.
2. If the candidate comes from a school outside the State of Maharashtra, leaving certificate must be countersigned by the educational officer of the division in which that school is situated.
3. An applicant for admission from an unrecognized school, who has not attended any recognized school or an approved primary school, should on an affidavit being made by the parent or guardian before a stipendiary Magistrate, she will be subjected to regular written tests in all the subjects. She will be admitted provisionally by the Head of the school to the standard for which she is found fit, subject to confirmation by the appropriate authority. The affidavit should clearly state: -
i) the reasons why the pupil did not join any recognized school or an approved primary school.
ii) the name of the unrecognized school
iii) the standard attended and the subjects studied by her and
iv) the examinations passed, if any.
4. No leaving certificate will be granted to a student leaving this school unless all school dues are paid. The form of application for the leaving certificate is in the school calendar.
5. No fee shall, in any circumstances be charged for a leaving certificate, if asked for, within a year from the date of leaving the school or from the date of the result of the public examination for which the pupil appeared from the school. After this period, a fee may be charged for every subsequent year.
